It is 形容詞 that SV 構文だけで使われる形容詞( apparent, certainなど)とIt is 形容詞 for 人 to do 構文だけで使われる形容詞( dangerous,difficultなど)の区別をどう教えればよいでしょうか？
It is 形容詞 that SVは、
副詞, SVと同じ意味を表せます。
It is certain the he passed the exam.
=Certainly, he passed the exam.
しかし It is 形容詞 for 人 to (do)にこれはあてはまりません。
It is [dangerous] for you to swim in this river.
≠Dangerously, you swim in this river.
まずは上記の実験でいずれの構文が適切かを判別してみましょう。

本校のALTに聞いても、「知らなかった」とか「なぜだかわからない」と言うぐらいですから、重要項目としてとらえなくてもいいのかもしれませんが・・・
